Sushi et autres amuses- Sushi et autres amuses-bouches bouches bouches C’est riz-go-lo ! O-nigiri Pour 6 à 8 pièces 2 verres de riz rond cru 2 verres 1/2 d'eau 2 cuillerées à soupe de graines de sésame blond 1 petite tranche de saumon frais, grillée et émiettée 6 à 8 petits rectangles d'algue nori (facultatif) de l'eau et du sel Faire cuire le riz dans l'eau jusqu'à complète absorption de l'eau. Une fois le riz cuit, incorporer délicatement le saumon émietté et le sésame, et bien mélanger. Laisser tiédir un peu le riz, mais pas refroidir (on ne fait pas d'onigiri avec du riz froid !), juste histoire de ne pas trop se brûler ! Mouiller les deux mains et verser un peu de sel dans la paume, puis frotter les mains. Attraper une bonne poignée de riz et modeler pour lui donner la forme souhaitée (triangulaire, arrondie...). Décorer avec une petite algue nori (facultatif). Procéder de même avec le reste du riz (ne pas oublier de remouiller et de resaler les mains régulièrement !). On peut varier à volonté la garniture du riz, mettre du thon, des légumes, des champignons, des algues... L'essentiel étant qu'il n'y en ait pas trop pour que la boulette de riz tienne bien. On peut aussi faire une boulette de riz nature que l'on fourre à l'intérieur avec ce que l'on veut : saumon, thon-mayonnaise, poulet... Le

Hence, the diet is not a “natural alternative” for epilepsy and is at least as complicated as taking a drug in terms of the ramifi cations that can ensue for the body’s metabolism.
